We have joined MIPIM for the past two years now and both of the times we have truly enjoyed the innovative atmosphere which surrounds MIPIM and the whole Cannes during the exhibition. The amount of valuable meetings with investors and city planners, changing and getting new ideas about the future, catching up new leads and meeting new and old colleagues and collaborators – it is all there at Palais des Festivals, next to the Mediterranean Sea.

This year we have a new partner sharing our stand: Allas Sea Pool – the great sea bath concept for whom we built our pilot project in Helsinki, Finland during 2015-2016. Together we aim to expand the Allas concept into a network of sea baths and we are at the moment negotiating about several new locations around Europe. Our joint focus in MIPIM is to create more activities and usage to waterfront areas with multiple possibilities – profitability and wellness being the key when opening the city waterfront areas to locals and tourists.
With floating solutions we are not restricted to the land area but can enlarge the waterfront and create more “ground to build” – on top of water. We have ways to activate existing marina areas and city waterfronts from old areas to new development with various new service and activity units such as swimming pools, sports and leisure centers, restaurants, offices and living spaces. Our service method is to act as One-Stop-Shop-operator. We work together with our vast network of partners to make your waterfront project a reality.
