Bluet Team will always assist with all of the questions about the products and solutions. We give a normal 2-year guarantee to all of our overall solutions. Some parts might have longer guarantee, these are all specified when materials and final solution have all been finalized and chosen with the client. With maintenance contract and yearly inspections structural guarantees can be extended up to 5 – 10 years. Guarantees require specified maintenance routines which are specified in the maintenance manuals and it is essential to regularly update written and/ or digital maintenance log.
It is clients’ responsibility to sign a contract with a local maintenance company for required inspections and maintenance. As an additional service Bluet will offer supervision for the client / maintenance company with remote control access to the pool tech and other possible control systems.
